Black Hills Estate Winery is located between Oliver and Osoyoos, British Columbia. The vineyard is nestled in the sun-burnt hills on the Black Sage Bench, home to British Columbia's highest quality vinifera grapes. The rugged desert earth, long sunlight hours and cool nights yield the intensely flavourful grapes that are blended to produce Bordeaux-style "Nota Bene". They recently sold to Andrew Pellers Ltd.

Andrew Peller Limited is a three-generation, family-run winery, with deep Canadian roots that stretch back to 1927. The company is currently run by Andrew’s grandson, John, who joined the company in 1989, and took the reins from his own father, Dr. Joseph Peller, in 1995.

Winemaker Graham Pierce is a BC native born in Horseshoe Bay. He took Winemaking and Viticulture course at OUC Penticton BC. At one time Graham work as a chef at Summerhill Prymid winery. H e later became winemaker at Mt Boucherie Estate Winery joing Black Hills in 2008.

Pauline grew up in Montreal She went to an English emersion school in Quebec graduating in 1999 with a degree in Tourism Management. In addition she took aWine Bursary Program,Dale Carnegie Leadership program and completed W.S.E.T. Level 2. She is responsible for customer service at Black Hills

Steve Carberry, also known as Stebe, the vineyard manager grew up in Mission BC. He studies Viticulture and Eonology at Okanagan College, and Washington State University.

Tamara Feist has a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture and WSET Level. She did her practicum at Tinhorn Creek & Nk’Mip Cellars before becoming Oenologist, technically the wine scientist. at Black Hills.

President Glenn Fawcett is a native of Calgery Alberta He has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Calgary, with a Minor in Sociology. My primary focus is running the business and sales/marketing part of Black Hills Estate Winery. I am blessed to work with a phenomenal team that does an incredible job of running the various aspects of our business: including the vineyard, our winery, our guest services and wine shop, accounting, distribution and logistics, etc.
