Welcome to our selection of Wineries to Watch in 2024. We have divided them into two pages this year. The East and the West.
The East is Ontario Quebec and the Maritimes. The West, Manitoba, Saskatchewan , Alberta and British Columbia.As the number of wineries in Canada grows each year, it becomes harder to select the wineries we will feature. The task begins for 2025 immediatley after 2024 is published. There is no doubt that someone will be missed. Feel free to e-mail us your favourite winery.
In selecting these wineries our first considerastion is wine quality. We may also look at the fact there is a new owner or new winemaker or even new construction. Hospitality is also a keen factor. Wineries that have just opened are usually not considered. Considerations is given to the opinions of others.
