The Niagara Custom Crush Studio ( The Crush) was established in 2022 with a vision of creating a state-of-the-art production facility where independent wineries could come to create some of the finest wines available in Ontario wine country. is a growing collective of independent wineries producing a broad range of high quality wines sourced from the most exceptional vineyards in Niagara.
Niagara Custom Crush Studio is owned by a group of investors led by Graham Rennie, the owner of Rennie VineyardThe studio was established after the purchase of the Stoney Ridge winery in Vineland, Ontario.
2027 Cellars: Kevin Panagapka, the owner and winemaker, has moved his brand to the Crush. He is also the Co and head winemaker.
Noted winemaker Marco Piccol is also an owner.
The Crush provides a place for winemakers to produce their wines and sell their wines The Crush referes to them as Indepent wineries. You can plan a tasting experience. Charuterie boards are offered.
The Crush is dedicated to helping independent wineries grow their brand by providing ultra modern wine-making facilities and a cozy retail tasting room staffed by knowledgeable wine tutors to help profile and sell their wines.
