The name: The story goes that in the early to mid 1900’s, two feuding Mennonite churches in the area had a dispute when the less conservative congregation acquired a pipe organ, considered verboten by the more strict church. The members of the conservative church conspired to steal the organ, which they subsequently loaded onto a wagon and destroyed by dumping it down a creed embankment – hence the birth of the ORGANized crime brand.
A second-generation, family-owned, small boutique winery located on the renowned Beamsville Bench of the Niagara Peninsula* Owned by Edward Zaski & Ania de Duleba (Krystyna). Their parcel of south-facing land hangs over the hillside edges of the Bench, and provides an ideal environment for cool climate winegrowing. There is a view of Lake Ontario.

Ania De Duleba - Edward Zaskoi
"We farm the land ourselves, and assist in the winemaking throughout all stages of the process. Our production volumes are very small. We purposefully lean towards the passion side of the business, rather than the commercial."
When Ania’s parents, Krystyna and Jan Tarasewicz, bought a parcel of land in Beamsville in 1998 and told her that they planned to plant vines and start a winery one day, she thought they had certifiably lost their minds.
Fast forward to over 25 years later, Ania and her husband Edward are now second-generation wine-growers, producing quality, small-batch wines from their 40-acre family estate vineyard on the Beamsville Bench.
Ania began her wine education in 2009 with an introductory course through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). Finding she had an aptitude for wine-tasting, she took WSET courses all the way to the two-year Diploma Level.
Besides working at the winery Edward is a music composer and Sound Designer.
