La Casa Bianca

A unquie family run winery in Oliver. Oiver is know as Canada's Wine Capital. The winery is know for its varity of wines made from grapes, fruit and flowers. Named after the owners' daughter, Bianca, and their white house on the vineyard.

Noel and Linda Berkland are from South Africa. Two people who love to travel the world. After falling in love with the Okanagan during a vacation Noel and bought a organic lavender farm south of Oliver in 2006. Their approach emphasizes sustainable agriculture, producing wines with minimal additives and a focus on natural fermentation processes.

Bianca Berkland is a jazz and blues multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and performer based in Oliver, British Columbia. She is known for her soulful performances across the Okanagan region, where she regularly plays at local wineries and music events.

*Black Walnut" wine received Double Gold in the "Tree Fruit Dessert" category at the 2020 All Canadian Wine Championships and a bronze medal at the British Columbia Lieutenant Governor’s Wine Awards.

Walnut wine, also known as vin de noix in France or nocino in Italy, is a traditional liqueur made by infusing unripe green walnuts in alcohol with sugar and spices. It’s rich, dark, and aromatic, often enjoyed as a digestif or aperitif.

They produce wine jellies made from their own wines, such as Haskap Berry and Black Walnut.

They plan to produce herbal wines, Haspak and Mead
