2016 Reserve GAMAY NOIR

This delicious wine made from grapes grown in the Fraser Valley. A collaboration between Chaberton's vineyard manager Patrick and winemaker Andrea Lee. The wine excited my wife Barbara, I also enjoyed the wine its light body, full armour and intense flavours were more than satisfying.
Ripened to perfection, they were the last grapes to be handpicked at harvest. Left on the skins for 26 days after harvest, this light bodied red wine developed its rich spicy aromas of black peppercorns, classic Beaujolais flavours of bright red berries and lively acidity.

A perfect summer wine. Rich in flavours, it starts with a nice aroma, tantalizes the taste buds with lime and pear, followed by a smooth lasting finish.
This cool climate varietal white wine was produced from grapes grown in Chaberton's Langley estate vineyard. Some of the vines, which were the first to be planted, are now in excess of 35 years old
86% Bacchus, 8% Pinot Blanc, 4% Recheinsteiner, 2% Muscat
