Three Dog Winery is a family affair recently purchased by the Rytwimski family in 2022. The winery has a strong reputation for good wines and great hospitality. True to the name, the winery embraces a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our four legged friends.
The winery if off the beaten path about 20 minutes north east of Picton. Wood‑fired pizza (open in warmer months), live music, snowshoeing in winter, and other rotating activities.

The winemaker is Andrew Rytwimski who originally trained in chemistry and laser physics before shifting careers about a decade ago to pursue winemaking full‑time. That scientific foundation influences how he approaches fermentation, blending, and experimentation. Having learned from some of the best winemakers in Niagara including Shiraz Mottiar (Malivoire), Barclay Robinson (Foreign Affair) and Sebastien Jacquey (Megalomaniac), he is now excited to share his passion and knowledge at Three Dog Winery.

Andrew's wife Sarah Coffin is Director of Marketing and retail. She is a professional Makeup artist who caught the wine bug by proxy. She has her WSET level 3 awards in wine. She is quoted describing the team as “truly a team, with everyone hands‑on in the day‑to‑day operations,” reflecting the winery’s collaborative ethos
