The uran city of Stouffive is situated within the Greater Toronto Area and the inner ring of the Golden Horseshoe. The winery sits the geographical treasure known as the Oak Ridges Moraine complete with the renowned 11-acres Testa Vineyard. The Testa family began working the land here more than fifty years ago.

In 1958 the family build their villa beside a spring fed pond and planted Willow trees, Today the winery is owned by third generation Mario and Julie Testa. Mario is the winemaker.

They grow 4 different French Hybrids 2 reds Baco Noir, Marechal Foch and 2 whites Vidal and Seyval Blanc. They are while known for their award winning Icewine

Their first production consisted of 700 bottles of Meritage, and was the beginning of their successful entrance in the wine business. Willow Springs is now a renowned establishment, with Meritage as their signature wine.

Willow Springs Winery was the first winery in York Region to receive VQA Ontario Certification and the first to produce VQA wines in the Oak Ridges Moraine.

Willow Springs Winery offers two indoor and outdoor spaces for you to choose from to celebrate your wedding ceremony and reception in. The outdoor Vineyard Marquee site can host up to 350 guests for a seated reception meal whereas the indoor Wine Maker's Pavilion is an intimate setting perfect for up to 140 guests.
