Jackson-Triggs WineryNiagara Winery Opened in 2001, Jackson-Triggs winery is a state-of-the-art winemaking facility with 47,000 square feet of production operations, hospitality centre, and executive office space. There is also a 500 seat open-air amphitheater where they host the Twilight in the Vineyard summer performance series every year. The winery is open for tours year round and is worth seeing both for its modern equipment and its 1,700 barrel cellar. The tasting room in Oliver opened in July 2006 In 1998, Jackson-Triggs leased a 410 acre site called the Osoyoos Lake Bench from the Osoyoos Indian Band. Located along striking mountain slopes that stretch above Osoyoos Lake, the vineyards enjoy plentiful sunlight thanks to its southwesterly exposure. Jackson-Triggs launched its exclusive line of VQA Icewines in 1993, and today, its' icewine portfolio has grown to include Vidal, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Cabernet Franc varietals.
