Covert Farms Family Estate

Established in 1959, Covert Farms Family Estate Winery is located in Oliver, BC on 650 acres of benchland. Winemaker Gene Covert is a 3rd generation farmer who worked this land with his father and grandfather.

A Certified organic Bluff and managed with biodynamic practices and influenced by the majestic McIntyre Bluff.

 


 

Crowsnest Vineyard Ltd

Located in the beautiful Similkameen Valley sing strictly Similkameen Valley Grapes for their wines. 

Ann and Sascha Heinecke purchased the winery in October 1998. The Heinecke family emigrated from Germany in 1994.

They have a restaurant and Guesthouse.

 


 

D'Angelo Estate Winery  

The D'Angelo family brought its winemaking tradition over from Italy to Canada in the 1950s. Sal D'Angelo started helping his father with making their wines in Ontario as a young boy. 

With a successful winery in Ontario Sal decide to start new winery on the Naramata Bench in BC


 

Damali Winery and Vinegary

Damali Lavender and Winery is a boutique craft winery in the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island.

The Damali vineyard was originally planted in 2006.  After converting the original barn into a winery, our first wines were released in the Spring of 2011. Our vineyard contains varietals such as Cabernet Libre, Castel, Siegerrebe, and Pinot Noir.  In the orchard we are growing blackberries, raspberries, rhubarb and black currants for the purpose of wine making.



 

De Vine Vineyards

Located in Brentwood Bay just minutes from Victoria on Vancouver Island.

The winery has magnificent views of the Strait of Georgia, the Gulf Islands and Mount Baker. The winery is owned by John and Cathy Windsor. They have 24 acres of land and have cleared 6.5 acres for their grapes consisting of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and the Island's largest planting of Gruner Veltliner, a luscious Austrian white. Their first release was a 2009 Vancouver Island Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc.


Deol Vineyard

The Deol Family moved to Vancouver Island in 1999, when they purchased a 32-acre dairy farm which they converted to a vineyard. They have been providing grapes to many wineries on Vancouver Island and in 2007 started producing their own estate wines!

 



Domaine Jasmin Vineyards

 

Domaine Jasmin Vineyards

Domaine Jasmin is a small family owned vineyard and winery situated in an ideal location on Thetis Island. They produce award winning, high value Pinot Noir.

In 2004, the Jasmin family purchased land near the south end of Cufra Inlet, on Thetis Island with sloping south exposure and well-drained soils



 

Emandare Vineyards

Located in Duncan on Vancouver Island. Proprietors, Mike and Robin Nierychlo are firm believers that being responsible stewards of their land is what creates and captures the quality of their terroir driven wines.

Sauvignon blanc is the wine that has put them on the wine map. Pinot Noir is another of their signature wines.


Fairview Cellars  

A small but powerful winery! Powerful due to the quality of the wines on the Golden Mile

The vineyard and winery is a culmination of a 25 year quest by Bill Eggert to own and operate his own winery. Fairview Cellars wines consist of the three Bordeaux classics; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Fairview also has a very small planting of Gamay and Shiraz The wines are barrel aged in an underground cellar then blended to marry the various attributes of each grape.

April 2022 Bill should the winery to Danielle and Dermott Hutton.




Frequency

Located in Kelowna Frequency is the creation of former Vibrant Vines winemaker Anthony Lewis. He started own enterprise; the Orphan Grape. Lewis and Orphan Grape are creating eight small wineries on leased farmland. Each of them is absolutely tiny, but they all come with big ideas. The first one, called Frequency, is located Garner Road. - Anthony calls them Tineries.

Wine tastings also include a demonstration of how sound waves can be used to literally sculpt solid matter into beautiful, symmetrical designs.



Gehringer Brothers Estate Winery

Gehringer Brothers' dream of an estate winery was conceived in the year 1973. One of the first of the Golden Mile wineries.

They achieved success based upon the quality of their wines. One of only two established wineries never to have responded to our requests for information.
